Choose the Right My Heart Spark Virtual Cardiology Appointment

1 min read

This guide helps you choose the appropriate service before requesting an appointment with My Heart Spark P.C. Requests are reviewed for clinical appropriateness, clinician availability, and state eligibility.

New patient or complex concern

For a new cardiology evaluation, several concerns, a complex history, or a substantial treatment discussion, select “Long Cardiology Visit ($150) with Dr. Brown's Team” (45 minutes) when offered. This appointment request is subject to review and approval.

Brief established patient concern

The “Cardiology Visit ($50) with Dr. Brown's Team” is 15 minutes. It is intended only for a brief visit when a clinician has determined that 15 minutes is appropriate. If you need a new evaluation or a detailed discussion, request the longer visit.

Record review and educational packages

“Cardiology 2nd Opinion Medical Records Review (NO LIVE VISIT)” is an asynchronous record review service. “POTS Care Resource Package (NO APPOINTMENT VISIT)” is a resource offering. Their appointment-style durations in the current catalogue do not represent live video visit time. The free information services also do not include a clinical visit.

Request a clinical appointment

Open the secure appointment request page at https://myheartspark.clientsecure.me/request/service and select the longer cardiology visit for a new evaluation. Appointment requests are reviewed before being confirmed.

For urgent or emergency symptoms, use appropriate emergency medical services instead of an online appointment request.
